Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@intellucia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging
• Opened personal hygiene or beauty products
• Sale items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
