Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:

• IPL hair removal devices
• Facial wands and skincare devices
• Personal care items

How to Request a Return

Email us at intelluciaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email intelluciaofficial@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
